How quickly can I get started?
Sign up takes 30 seconds. Add your employees (or import via Excel), configure your modules, and you're live. Most companies are fully set up within an hour.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted, access is role-based (admin, manager, employee), and sessions are secured with CSRF protection and IP validation. Your data is never shared.
How does payroll work?
HRLens calculates salary from attendance data, leave records, and the salary structure you set. PF, ESI, and PT are auto-calculated and pro-rated for LOP. Export a bank-ready CSV file.
Can employees access the system?
Yes. Every employee gets their own portal to check in, view attendance, apply for leaves, submit expenses, log timesheets, and track tasks. Managers get approval dashboards.
Do you support multiple companies?
Yes. A single super-admin can manage multiple companies, each with their own employees, modules, and configurations. Ideal for CA firms managing multiple clients.
